How do I place an order?
Click on the item you wish to purchase, select size and quantity then add it to your shopping cart by clicking “ADD TO CART”. Open your shopping cart, you can find your shopping cart on the top right corner of the page. Proceed to the “CHECK OUT” page, where you will fill in your personal information, choose the shipping method and pay for the order. Make sure you complete all the steps in the payment procedure so the transaction is properly processed.

How do I choose the right size?

Where can I provide the promotional code?
When you click “CHECK OUT” in your shopping cart, you will see information about your order in the right column. Enter your code in the “Discount” field and click “Apply”.
If you are shopping on a mobile platform you have a discount field at the top when you have reached the payment section.

Why haven’t I received a order confirmation?
When you have placed an order and finished the payment process, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within a couple of minutes. It is important to make sure that the e-mail you entered is correct.
Do not place a new order before going through these two steps below:
Step 1: Please check among the spam emails. If you cannot find the e-mail there you can move on to step two.
Step 2: Contact Majesticvue's customer support. Send an email with your name to so that the support team can check if the order has been registered in the system. You can also use the Live Chat or Whatsapp to contact the support team.

How do I change or cancel my order, Can I do it after I have received the shipping confirmation e-mail?
You can change or cancel your order if your order hasn't been shipped yet. However, Once you have received the shipping confirmation e-mail we are unable to make any changes. If you notice anything wrong with your order please contact

When will my order be shipped and how long does it take until I receive it?
We always strive to ship out all orders as soon as possible. The delivery time depends on which shipping method you chose. It also depends on where your order is being sent.
We offer three shipping methods:
Standard Shipping(RoyalMail - USPS - etc.. ) (Non trackable) - about 4-16 working days
UPS/DHL/Fedex/TNT Standard (With tracking) - about 3-10 working days
UPS/DHL/Fedex/TNT Express saver (With tracking) - about 1-2 working days

Will the package be delivered to my address?
The package is delivered to the shipping address entered when purchasing the bracelet. However sometimes packages shipped off with UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT/DPD are sent to access points. If you choose a them as your shipping method you can keep track of your package by using their official tracking websites.

I have not received my order, what should I do?
If you have received a Shipping e-mail stating that your item is on it's way, and If the number of working days have passed, contact the support team by sending an email to or use the live chat.
If the maximum number of working days has not passed yet, we ask for your patience.

What payment methods do you offer?
You can either pay by credit card, debit card, iDeal or Bitcoin/Litcoin. We accept all major cards like VISA, MasterCard and American Express.


Do I need to pay any additional fees and taxes?
If your country is part of the European Union there should be no additional fees and taxes. Non-EU countries could have their own laws and regulations. Please contact the customs in your country for information about additional fees and taxes.

What is your Return & Exchange policy?
We offer a 30 day return and exchange period. Send an email to or use the live chat and we will assist you with the return & exchange. If you send a return package to a wrong address, we are not liable for any loss or misplacement.

Is the Jewelry real?
Yes. We use premium certified bases into our jewelry from Solid Gold 14-18K to .925 Silver or Brass. Our process involves Real Gold high-quality PVD plating or Vermeil as big luxury brands (Gucci, Versace, Rolex etc) We also manufacture Solid Gold Items upon each order.  Descriptions usually state the material used within the item. Just so that you know we never use plastic or iron or any kind of fake material which will rust, fade or turn your skin green.

Will the jewelry turn my skin green? Will it fade?
No, our jewelry ranges from bases in Brass, or .925 Solid Silver or Solid Gold. It is usually coated or premium plated up to 5 times with real Solid Gold. We are confident of our excellent high-quality certified products, it should not fade either turn your skin green as long as you take care of it.

Does it looks and weight like solid gold?
Indeed. You actually might be surprised at our quality about how incredibly similar our high quality long lasting items are similar in every aspect to solid gold items. All our platings or Vermeil options look solid and not plastic looking like many other brands. At the end, we want to produce the longest lasting jewelry to have you as a loyal customer rather than making a low-quality cheap item.

Guide to take care of my MAJESTICVUE Jewellery ?
The only expectation we expect from you as a costumer is to take care of our & your precious item as much as possible. If the item is not waterproof then please keep it all far from water and sweat etc. For Optimal use for the jewellery then please wipe the metal with a dry, soft, clean cloth. Ensure that your jewelry is completely dry. Avoid soaking in water or using heat, steamers or ultrasonic cleaners. Wipe any stones on the jewellery with a damp cloth to remove perspiration, oil or any other residue. Avoid heat, hot water, steamers or ultrasonic cleaners along with cosmetics and  hairsprays.
MAJESTICVUE is not liable to any returns or refunds caused by the lack of care from the costumer to their order.

Do you have a direct phone to reach?
Yes. Give us a call at +44 7533 431979 or leave your Whatsapp (more convenient) message and we will reply to you as soon as possible. However, we would prefer if you could contact us over live chat to be able to speak freely to an expert. 

1. Sometimes we are on heavy load of communication reaching up to 1000 e-mails/messages per day, so please allow time you will be responded.
2. INCLUDE your ORDER NUMBER with your communications to us or else your e-mail might be ignored.
3. Sending mutiple communications will result in our system flagging you as spam/hack. 
4. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. Sending MULTIPLE messages will make you loose your queue positions, so please one/two e-mail/message including your order number is enough to get us to respond to you.
